The meeting was called to order at 2:10 by President Mike Duke, K5XU at The Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida.

We all welcomed the unlicensed but interested participants and encouraged them to become licensed.
Betsey Doane, K1EIC SM CT gave a brief talk about FEMA regional emergency communications working groups on interoperability, what FEMA is expecting of emergency communicators and how ARRL is working with served agencies generally.
We were all reminded that ACBRA’s call sign is W3ACB and Rob, K8CO is trustee.
Nominations: Steve Dresser WA1RTB president; Mike Duke Vice president, Betsey Doane K1EIC Secretary and Robert Rogers, K8CO Treasurer. John Glass NU6P was nominated to be member of the Board. Andy Barraco, K6YKD is serving another term on the Board. Frank W2JIO moved to close nominations and seconded by Rob K8CO. The vote for the above slate of officers was unanimous.
All were encouraged to subscribe to the list serve acbra@acb.org. Robert Rogers K8CO maintains that list.
We all agreed to support the current officers in the General session to come up on Friday, to split the vote on Bylaw 6.0, and split the vote on removal of Internet Oversight committee.
